Bought a Seiko Presage (cocktail time) 

Edit: I like leather bands with out any patterns more than anything else. What would Oppo suggest? it has a 20mm band.

Nice watch! For some reason, Seiko and leather band just don’t go together in my mind. Mine have always had metal bands. Doesn’t mean it won’t look great in a leather one though.

Look for the Swiss Reimagined brand bands. They are less ornate and very high quality leather.

You’ll need to buy your own post removal tool though. With a little patience it is easy to change bands yourself.

I’ve bought several. Aside from the stitching by the post holes, these are otherwise unadorned natural leather.

My wrist would like to disagree with you. I’m a fan of my Seiko 5 with a Hi rsch leather strap. The strap actually cost more than the watch.

Msrp is $425 but Macy’s had a sale so I got it for $285, $302 with taxes.

Technically it's a gift, so don't have to pay nothing :)

Hey, that looks great! How do you like the automatic? Does it keep accurate time? I had a Fossil one once, and it would fluctuate by more than a minute a day.

That’s not so bad. I think part of my problem may be that my arm motion is so constant and exaggerated by pushing a wheelchair. I always wonder if I kind of “ overwind” the watch, and if that’s even possible.

I’ll probably do something like that eventually because I just love the idea of the automatic when I naturally wind it throughout the day. I think the Seiko and Citizen movements are probably the best bets.
